Country New England Hitchcock style child's maple rush seat high chair. Original black paint with original stencil paint decoration, in muted shades of salmon, olive, and gold. Measures 16.75" square at base; seat 12.5" W x 10.75" D; 34.5" H to back; 28.75" H to arm; 22" H to seat. New England, circa 1840.

Childs solid mahogany ladder back arm chair c1900
Vintage hand made child's solid mahogany ladder back arm chair c1900 with rush seat. This chair was made by hand from the most beautiful matching solid mahogany. It is without a doubt the strongest child's chair we have come across. It was most probably made by special request. Measures 25 inches to the top of its side turnings, 9.5 inches to top of its seat, 13 inches deep, 19 inches wide at front and 12.5 inches at back. Its in excellent original condition including its finish.

Large architects model or childs doll house 1850 to1900. This house was either made as a prototype for a larger commission or is the largest doll house we have ever come across. Measures 68 inches wide at the sides, 70 inches at the base, 31 inches deep front to back of the house, 45 at base, 60 inches to the top of the roof and 64 inches to the top of the chimneys. Original working doors and window, staircases and fireplace. In need of some restoration.
